I am not a discount broker, I am not afraid of getting my boots dirty, and I do Not take pictures from my vehicle window - I take high quality photos and pay close attention to the terrain and characteristics of my surroundings when I Walk the Land. I understand surveys, legal descriptions, and topography. There are other great real estate agents who are very knowledgeable and take their job as seriously as I do. However, there are agents who know Nothing about land - yet, they purchase a seller's name and number from a list, throw a sign on the property and snap a couple of pictures from the car window but they do not seem to have any knowledge about the actual property they have been trusted to sell.
